Counselors and teachers need to make them aware of the importance of emotional well-being and good mental health and how is it related to being comfortable and set boundaries.

Practice saying No

It is very important to say ‘no’ if we are not comfortable or we are unwilling. Portray real-life feelings than just adjusting to the situation. Practice saying ‘No’. This can be done politely.

Do not feel guilty

Learners should be comforted by telling them not to feel guilty for expressing their emotions and expressing what they feel. You need not be guilty or depressed or sad for being true.
